Hello! My name is Stephen Holland and I am the owner of Sphere Project Solutions.
I hold a B.Sc in Building Services Engineering. Following four years’ experience of working within the electrical and electronic industry between 2000 and 2004, I have been working in the BEMS (Building and Energy Management Systems) industry as a Senior Project and Operations Manager/Engineer.
With my work experience, I have become ambitious, determined, hardworking, logical, and enthusiastic, all orientated towards a quality project delivery.
I am dedicated to managing the financial, engineering design, commissioning and handover of a BEMS project to a very high standard.
We can provide the following services and are open to helping with any other aspects of a BEMS project you may have.
Help with tendering BEMS projects (reading BMS specifications and drawings, coming up with a scope to allow you to price easily)
Produce BEMS Points Lists and Description of Operations
Mark up building layout drawings with all BEMS devices (including field devices, heating/cooling coils, FCU's, etc)
General BEMS controls consultancy
Design or manage production of control panel drawings, including checking of drawings to ensure they meet the project requirements
We can create these in your format to ensure they look the same for your panel wiring engineers, or we can provide them in our standard format
BEMS Commissioning service
BEMS Project Management service
Writing Schneider EcoStruxure and Siemens Desigo function block software and create graphics for both systems
Should you require software and/or graphics for other BMS systems such as Trend or Tridium, please contact us with your requirements and, depending on project size, we can also help with these systems too
Setup and supply management documentation including Microsoft Project Programme of Works, Progress Reports and Cost vs Progress Reports
